Since Layermate's release, we have never used your conversations, designs, or any other user content to train AI models. Today's update makes this longstanding practice explicit in our legal documents.

- API privacy protection: Our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) operate under API terms that prohibit training on customer data
- Complete retroactive coverage: This policy applies to all user data since Layermate's initial release
How Your Data Is Processed
When you interact with Layermate, your prompts are sent to AI providers through their APIs solely to generate responses. These providers' API terms prohibit them from using this data for model training. Your content remains private and is used only to deliver the service you requested.
