What's the difference between Pro and Team plans?
The Team plan includes all Pro features plus prompt/template sharing, invoice billing (upon request), member usage management, and other features optimized for organizational use.
What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing lets you pay for a full year upfront, saving the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing. If you're planning long-term use, annual billing is the better value.
Is payment by credit card only?
Yes, we accept credit card payments. If you need an alternative payment method, please reach out via our contact form.
When am I billed?
Billing is prepaid. If not cancelled by the day before the period ends, it auto-renews. - Monthly: Charged for the first month at signup, then auto-renews on the same day each month - Annual: Charged for the full year upfront, then auto-renews on the same day each year - Mid-term purchases (credits, additional members) are charged immediately as the difference

Yes. You can allocate credits to individual members from the admin dashboard and adjust the distribution based on usage.
Are credits granted monthly even on an annual plan?
Yes, even on an annual plan, credits are granted monthly. The monthly credit allowance for your plan is added on each renewal date.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month or year?
No. Unused credits reset each month on both monthly and annual plans. However, add-on credits purchased via the "Boost" option (available only on annual plans) are valid for 2 months from the purchase date.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month? Are credits added automatically?
When credits are exhausted, the feature becomes unavailable. What happens to billing if I add a member mid-contract?
On both monthly and annual plans, adding a member triggers an immediate prorated charge calculated from the addition date to the end of the current billing period.

No, there are no refunds. The removed member's slot is retained as an "open seat" (a paid slot) until the end of the current billing period. You can use this open seat to invite a new member at no additional cost.

Is the "Billing Admin" role exempt from billing on Team plans and above?
Yes, the Billing Admin role is not billed. Team plans and above offer three roles for access management. The Billing Admin handles only financial operations and incurs no charge. - Admin: Can use the plugin and access management features (add members, update billing info, etc.) - Member: Can use the plugin - Billing Admin: Cannot use the plugin; can only access management features (add members, update billing info, download invoices, etc.) Only Admins and Members count as billable seats.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately, and the unused portion of the previous plan is prorated and credited toward the new charge.

No, you cannot change plans during the current billing period. However, you can schedule a downgrade — the new plan will take effect the day after your current period ends.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can switch at any time. The annual contract starts immediately, and the unused portion of the current monthly plan is prorated and credited toward the annual charge.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Can I cancel (stop auto-renewal) at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the settings page. No refund is issued for the remaining period. After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period, after which auto-renewal stops and your account moves to the Free plan.
Is there an annual contract? Can I cancel mid-term or is there a minimum number of seats?
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum seat requirement — you can start with just one person.
I subscribed by mistake. Can I get a refund?
