  • Images, PDFs, or Figma layers you share within the conversation

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service

4. Retention of Data

Our Service uses AI technologies to generate UI designs through conversations. When you use these features, your conversation data, including text inputs, prompts, and any images or files you share within the conversation, are sent to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI (creators of GPT models), Anthropic (creators of Claude), and Google (creators of Gemini).

These AI providers process your data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service. While we carefully select our AI partners and have agreements in place to protect your data, you should be aware that:

  • Your conversation data is transmitted to these third-party AI providers
  • The AI providers may use this data to improve their models
  • Different AI models may have different data handling practices
  • You can choose which AI model to use through our interface, which gives you some control over which provider processes your data

We do not share your account information (such as your email or payment details) with these AI providers unless specifically required to provide the service you've requested.

7. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
